What is not funny is all the restrictions on the sale of the stock received by Catherine Chis and none of the stock is first in line as far as preference goes. Crap of a deal or PCTI was worth nothing, and I mean nothing. Her stock is subordinate to almost everything else, and the board can create new classes of shares that can be placed in front of her stock, again. What a bad deal.

I cannot understand what she is thinking or she has the worst legal representation on earth. There is no stated reference to the value indicated for compensation per share. OZSCAM ( OMG I JUST MADE THAT UP ), yes OZSCAM stock becomes more and more worthless by the hour, damn near by the minute.
