From the filings, it is clear that Brian Cox was not in charge of KSIX and pushed to acquire anything. Cox and Carter reverse merged True Wireless into KSIX because it was more cost effective. The new company was formed with multiple subsidiaries into Surge Holdings and a new CUSIP. Again, all very Cleary spelled out in the filings.
