My oldest son works for a consulting firm. He is working mostly from home, but he gets sent all over from coast to coast. There should be a lot of differnt firms that can cut back on office space. Yet seems there is a need for in office interaction. Face to face just doesn't seem the same on Zoom.

A lot of young workers do seem to get some 401K at work depending who they work for. A small shop most likely can't affordd that. A lot of times their savinsg beging with a home that grows in value. They do waste to much on cars which drop and require repairs.
I was shocked as gold topped 2,000, now I see some expect 2200 B4 a pull back. Getting intersting.
The gold silver ration has really dropped 76-1 wasn't long ago it was 99-1.
When it does pull back I will hit the pawn shops to see if I can pick some up. OFten they will sell at spot as the bought at a discount and may even be holding some for a while They have to turn inventory.
