Thank you for understanding that the R/S from "NORTH AMERICAN ENERGY RESOURCES, INC" under the command of their CEO Mr. Clinton W. Coldren was initiated prior to Carter taking over the shell and establishing KSIX which later reverse merged into Surge Holdings under Brian Cox. This further establishes the point that NO R/S merger was initiated by either KSIX or Surge Holdings under the command of Carter or Brian.
