I have worked with many public traded company's over the past 20 years from a funding stand point and I took over 2 public company's, one of which was in debt trouble with a very well known nasty fund.In either case its always been my experience that most public traded company's only care about news when they care about the stock price.Usually the stock is not cared about unless capital is being raised and then you see news and fluctuations in stock price. In ABMC's case they don't dilute via convertible notes and insiders can only sell 1% of the OS at a clip so the stock doesn't really matter to them like it matters to us.IMHO they're more worried about the Sec given the covid 19 Sec warnings then they are about the stock price.
