That's only in Theory...lol....Most of the time the new price lasts for .001 Nano Second...and then drops like a bowling ball from the Chrysler Building roof.......

Most of the time they start issuing/selling new shares....like they start over......That's when they do a large RS.

Smaller ones, they can keep the share structure as is after the RS.

$BYOC currently has about 3000M AS and 2748M OS.

Divide those by 10 and you get 300M AS and 275M OS ...which is reasonable..more or less.

The Current Float is 464M ....so that would become 46M .....

So MAYBE the price will stabilize and possibly go up...

Unless a ton of new shares hit the market of course...

Need to see what kind of conv debt they got on the books.......
