Just saying it is ridiculous to have a priority USPS envelope mailed to a PO box for taxes and have it sit at its final location for 19 days since 7/15 undelivered to a PO box in Fresno CA - kinda thinking the other address where checks are sent have NO DELAYS whatsoever LOL
