yes, indeed it is. more idiots abound in this stock than previously thought. rssv held .02 all day and even hit over .0211 and idiot scared money sells at the close at .17 and 175. nobody but ignorant and dumb money does that. not even half dumb money does that. you have to be a whole dummy to trade like that.
