There is surely a need to move quickly and review in a speedy manner. But I think the "pressure"( a misnomer) your're referring to is not from the general public but rather from the Medical community ie doctors, scientists, NIH, CDC, others who submit requests to the FDA with some supporting document.
That's not pressure as I understand it and yet if may appear as such.
The general public has no influence over the FDA; nor should they.

And the thinking that the FDA is a conspiring to prevent CYTY's drug from getting review or approval is non-sense . NP is working with them and being guided by them. I believe if the drug satifies FDA's requirements m it'll be approved, safe and effective. If it does not, it will not.
We best thank the FDA for their care in protecting the American people instead of these wild accusations made on this board by some.
