my point all along is that if there was going to be a delay they had the perfect excuse and opportunity to announce such. They announced exactly the opposite on two separate occasions. They said very specifically projects under construction will not be delayed. They only removed the projected codes at the time of the conference call based on uncertainty of future projects being delayed. that's also when they decided to move ahead the San Bernardino project because they were not going to be able to get Derby done in their previous projected time frame. Just because they haven't announced yet doesn't mean we have to wait until Thursday. It just means the announcement is not late until Thursday.
