IF there were short sellers they would not have to make an argument against ERHC. The argument has already been made. That's why the sp is where it is.

It's the massive short seller claim that appears fictional as the company has gone dark with no financials, no office, no phone, no news, no deals, etc. That is the fodder...that is the continuing argument.

The nice thing about the company going dark is that there's very little "fodder" for short sellers to make any kind of argument against the company.
