Have believed the auditors would have the 10k out by the 31st,the Q1 by Aug 19-20(with the 5-day extension),the 2Q soon after. Thus, causing slippage in pps in between the 10k & Q1 offering another entrance point. Now it seems likely the 10k & Q1 will come out very close to each other or both at the same time and we then may see the dip while we waite for the 2Q. Think the auditors could care less after calls they’ve received from investors and are aware pclt is looking for new auditors. They did offer a mention that it is a practice to change auditors every 5 years. I’m hope Gary finds a large well known firm .
