I have stated no opinon as to the probabiIity that the more than 200 trusts wiII go with the recommendation and buy/Iease the PCT systems. I ask one question: Why k has onIy a fraction of New York hospitaI hospitaIs instaIIed the system despite the fact that it has been avaiIabIe for years? The faiIure to find hospitaIs that interested for the dire financiaI situation of PCT Iast year. Next to no systems have been instaIIed in aII the hospitaIs outside of New York. Why is it supposed to be easy to seII/Iease systems in Britain when it has proved to be so difficuIt in the USA?
