good decision and timing as momentum playing!
But terrible decision on the part of longs. This is a bone thrown to share holders who got screwed!
This is a basement fire bargain price!


The CEO of PRCS is a crook and may be presecuted! There was a law suit against him last time when i heard about his critisms,
