10-4 Eq. I believe the damages request is $292M. Specific performance ($100M for Rontan per SPA) then an additional $192M in damages. I wonder if partial would be cash (the break-off fee) and any additional damages as an offset to future payouts to Rontan as specified in the SPA. Hopefully, we get a decision on Rontan’s motions next week...followed by damages shortly after.
