My guess is that the Pr's have some good news for the future, but reveal information indirectly about the past that is unflattering, to put it nicely.
The lawyers are seeking some way reduce liability. Either that, or they are all just trying to hold it down for their own reasons. JMO

If you don't have instincts, get out. If you do, go with them.
