No, what I think most are saying is that though HOG and Airys are great people possibly, they are NOT the messiah and cannot verify stuff that cannot be released or researched.

If you think that 2 lone shareholders are the answer to finding the "truth" you are fooling yourself. This is not an episode of CSI or something.

And if you have a lawyer that makes you steaming mad, you fire the SOB and get a team player.
