The preferred shares, held by NH, will be converted to common in due course. Assuming the current softness in the price arises from Lincoln putting their "free" 5 million shares on the market, the buyers are getting a bargain since it is hard to pick up volume on this thinly traded stock.

Once they are filled, one would expect a nice move up to more reasonable value levels based on a rising revenue stream and lack of sellers.

It should be a nice to go to a Concerta. Wear a mask.
