Death spiral just went on overdrive. If you understand how this SPA works, it isn't positive for the share price. However, I suppose there are scenarios when this could be advantageous.

Of course - and I haven't read the filing - but I imagine Naz won't be hurt as I'm sure there is a ratchet clause in the preferred to protect at least a large portion of his equity.
