It's hard to know exactly what's going on..

Management owns a fair bit of shares. So I'm guessing the reason for the recent high-level dilution, is to raise $$ for the kiln & components. Nothing more.

We were told different things. It sounds like we were on the hook for either $500,000 or $1MM for kiln construction. Depends on what you read.

Either way, management would presumably need to raise these funds prior to delivery. I expect the rapidness to fade through August.
