That's right. Elite bypasses regulations and sells through their "agent" LPC who pockets a profit from buying direct from Elite at lower than market prices and then selling into the retail market.

The "free" commitment shares are sold prior to buying "replacement" shares at a then market discount. And round and round it goes.

All in my opinion of course.
