Airys, He may have a point. I'm not sure, but be careful. Your seeing a PR in advance of everyone else may be a bad idea (not sure).

If lawyers have the power to keep them from issuing PRs, which I find questionable, then that's the legal word. And your going around the legality of the situation still might put you at risk. Nobody wants to see you get in any sort of trouble.
