IMHO we have some time before any bids ARE ACCEPTED/FINALIZED here........

Heck the EC hasn't even seen all the plans as of yesterday, and the REAL BIDDING RULES hasn't even been established yet!!!

IMHO it aint gonna happen in early AUG, but any can believe whatever they want to believe
