As a business owner myself, I wish you the best of luck in your start up, and thank you for what you have tried to accomplish here. The arrogance of those running this company is disappointing, to say the least. The best we can hope for at this point is that they are merely incompetent, which doesn't provide much comfort.

I still think we'll get a bounce at some point, but the idea of trusting these yokels seems like a bad joke.
