I'm willing to bet that their next excuse will be that the cement contract did not go through. Past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior, if they lied in the past they will lie again, if there was delays in the past they will be more delays in the future, if they gave poor excuses in the past - more are about to follow! I have had it with this company! I'm about to unload the 250k shares I purchased at .17.
