The first is a company they tried to register, but failed last fall. Then the second is to their new registration filing for a slightly different company name -- the one you found.

I think this is a DIFFERENT company than SSOF. But it involves Bland and Morris, and I think it is EXCELLENT evidence of their continuing activity in the penny stock area. A lot of the words in this doc seem like they were copied from SSOF's recent filings. These guys are making some moves...
