The SPA is before the Court. Clearly, GDSI never had the financial resources to complete the acquisition. When Delgado KNEW the funding wouldn't be there, he didn't inform the Bolzan's of this fact for a long time. That's shady. The whole premise of this case is shady. It's so shady that a Class Action lawsuit was initiated based on fraud claims involving the SPA. Last year, GDSI settled that claim.
