No conflation on my part. I didn't suggest the Court determines the SPA price. They determine the offset to that price.

Unfortunately, BSF didn't give the court all they asked for which is the current tax liability.

I expect to see the Judgement set aside. If that doesn't happen, I think GDSI will be left with a Judgement for the shares only with whatever monetary determination the courts makes to offset that price.
