Have you verified that DGF has been repaid $3 million from Preferred stock conversion.

If OWCP files for Bankruptcy the hierarchy of who gets paid - number one is secured creditors and that is DGF. I have read hundreds of posts about the psoriasis cream patent being worth up to $500 million - DGF would own it as they would all of the patent applications.

Of course the facts are that the psoriasis cream patent has very little value.

This isn't going to end well for current shareholders.
