Loc, I agree with you. I don't think the company is dumping shares at this time. Do you have any idea what the arrangement with Law firm is? I can only assume it is either a contingency fee or they agreed to commit X number of shares to them. If they think the case is strong enough, they may have taken the stock commitment.
As far as Intel is concerned, I checked out some their past dealings in infringement cases. I am not impressed by the upper management. They seem to string things out and them settle. It was in their best interest to settle a year ago and they didn't do it. {dumb) jmo
