I'm not saying that it's ok for them to lie. Since I can't change the past, all I can do is start with the present and move forward.

If you think for one minute that I'm OK with everything they did, you are dead wrong. In fact, I'm quite pissed off right now as I write this message!

I want answers and I intend to REALLY turn up the heat soon. I know I have your support for that, so I'm just setting up the battle plan if they want to play.

I am using more patience than I've had to use in a very long time. I'm close to the edge here and am just using my head instead of my anger to get the company to do the right thing.

Eventually, we all have a breaking point. I'm not there just yet.
