ABUS CEO seems to think they have a claim to more than just a royalty claim on a COVID vaccine.

“We have seen no evidence of a Moderna delivery system that is free of our intellectual property. Not in their publications, their presentations, or in the examples in their patent filings,” said Mark Murray, the Arbutus CEO, in his first interview on the subject. “In our view what they are reporting as theirs appears to be dominated by our intellectual property.”

How moderna has not squashed this dispute with a company valued at $300 million at some along to way to becoming a $30 billion company is beyond me or ABUS has no claims.
