There was nothing the TA said that we didn't already know. It is true that the company or an interested party sold shares on the last run up. That is as clear as day. They claim to have done it to capitalize and expand the company. This is fine by me. I, like most of you want to see where the money went and what are the assets.

When the corporate structure news hits it will answer some of the questions but not all of them. All we are doing for the moment is taking baby steps until credebility comes back, if it ever does.


Supposedly, we have a paid in full company with all assets owned by the Nevada corporation that we own shares in. Until the corporate structure news comes out or a PR confirming what the assets are and what we own, there will still be lots of questions.

I was told that the total capitalization was 12 million dollars when the shares were sold on the run up. They claim that they needed money to operate and expand. When we merged into Loftwerks we already had 500 million outstanding shares that we assumed.

IMO, the sale of the 100 million shares on the last run up really was not too exaggerated. We still have 192 million shares now which can be used to fund further expansion, merge with an OTCBB company or sell the shares at a later date at a higher price.

If the company puts out a statement that they will not dillute from the 192 million for a reasonable period of time OR comes up with a plan to not completely tie the shares and use them for a merger into a OTCBB company or something else beneficial to shareholders, I think it would bring back some confidence very quickly.


I am hoping to hear something soon from the company or more pressure will build up. As always, I will let you know what I hear.
