We spoke about this today and he cannot..it has to be put to a vote.

THose are the rules in Israel for an Israeli company..

We raised the fact that according to the court order there were 2 things
that needed to be addressed.

A. R/S proposal
B. Vote to increase the A/S

Why the second point was not on the proxy was an oversight.

One would logically expect this to be corrected.
