I dont have that answer for you. No one does except the officers who are consistently dumping shares into the open market at the rate of hundreds of thousands a day.

Maybe that rate will keep up for the next month or two while this BK gets delayed, and dragged on??? I dont know that either.

All I know is is is that the rate the officers of JCP are dumping shares after getting FAT BONUSES, is alarming!

If thats not a red flag, I dont know what is then....
