Wouldn't all these executives selling massive amounts of their stocks ahead of any negative release of news be the very definition of insider trading?

JCPNQ is not your average OTC stock trading in the .000's. Many many eyes are on what happens here.

I'm not spinning the stock selling as good. But I do raise an eyebrow when I look at it from this point of view. I don't know what the answer is, but I cannot imagine that every one of these executives is risking going to jail at the same time.
