HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM I thought one was supposed to look at all sides of an issue when investing.

And common sense would suggest, they WOULD SELL ALL of their shares not part of their shares, even if it was a majority, WHY NOT ALL?

SIMPLE ? And not one reason can be given why they didn't , UNLESS for some reason they see a CHANCE they will be paid off in the long run, guess they just needed more write offs!!!!!!!!!!!!!Yep that's it more write offs

THEY'RE already hitting the sell button, WHY DIDN'T they sell all knowing full well they ARE SUPPOSED TO BECOME WORTHLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
