ABUS - it appears that ABUS has a monetary IP case against two of the frontrunners in the race to vaccine, MRNA & BNTX



BNTX already have broad license of ABUS IP right, Who else...anyone who use LNP for anyRNA construct delivery?
Disclosure: I sold my (trading position, from 2.8) ABUS position Friday.
