I think I can follow your instructions and I may try to play a bit with Excel during the waiting period prior to the announcement of results. Your random generation step is in essence a Montecarlo type stochastic approach, which I have previously used in my field (Civil Engineering). Most important, your results show that Leronlimab has a good chance to show statistical significance in efficacy, which is golden! I realize that these are only simulations and not the real results, but I think we can speculate that the indication is positive and the future looks quite bright.
One last question, did you use any other statistical software besides this one that you posted?
