Actually, my thought has to do with Sorrento's position in Celularity. I actually think they got the cash for loan payoffs and this by liquidating most or part of their 25% stake in them. I think this because the Sorrento website used to state their collaboration and Sorrento's 25% stake. Now it just says "License of product rights to Celularity in exchange for equity" I personally would see this as a smart move on Sorrento's part because it would set them up better for any further financing needs to push all of these new products to market.
