Perhaps the approvals for their Arizona mining operations are on the way.
Today's move could be one big entity buying, like CALPERS, e.g.
TGB is my biggest holding in number of shares--20K. Every one-cent rise equals $200. I remember owning 100K-shares lots in the tech bubble, purchased at 1, 2, 3 cents a share. Now that WAS fun until they took away the punch bowl!
