I think this should be a communcation/wording interpertation problem, FREE also has a warrant where per warrant only converts to 0.5 stock with a strike of 11.5.

And you don't need to pay 2 warrant (or 2 times 11.5) for 1 share.

But let's email to the IR and let's see how would they respond, I don't think they would scam us with such a big name attched, but if they do scam us a class action lawsuit would be there anyway.
