Looks like Edwad needs to re-open his Business 101 class again on social media to report how such flim-flammery did occur!

4/16/14--A/S increased to 3 billion
10/18/16--A/S increased to 11 billion.
NOTE: this was done a year and a half AFTER the last disclosure was made on 5/20/15. So why would Eddie need to blow up the A/S +267% on a comatose .0001 ticker if not to cover toxic debts?
So how exactly does Eddie (a) "acquire all toxic debts" and and render them "non toxic" then (b) issue himself 1.2 billion shares and then (c) drop the A/S to 5 billion... all this year? That's some fancy financial flim-flammery IMO.
