Q1 2015--"Long Term Liabilities- Notes Payable $3,242,657

Eddie just posted "PBS Holding, Inc. FOR 12 MONTHS ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2018 Consolidated Financial Statements" which says--

"Long Term Liabilities- Notes Payable $3,264,618" (an increase of $21,961.. probably interest)

So Eddie admits they were still there as of 12/31/2018.

Now he claims there are only $2.8 million remaining which --if true-- seems to mean he "acquired" or otherwise shed $443k.

Again, I'd like to see proof of how he engineered this .0001 ticker so that it got rid of $2.8 million in debts between 12/31/2018 and now.
