$250 a share would obviously be based on future projected revenues. Not on today’s revenues. This is a major growth play with multiple revenue streams. It’s like 10 different businesses inside the one conglomerate (hofv)

In 5 years time a lot can change and if the completed and maturing HOFV delivers on their projections this indeed will be a millionaire making investment.
