I heard it was already dried up and locked, yet somehow millions of shares are sold each week. Fact is, it's not dried up. We moved up not cause the float but because Medicare approval. We'd still be at a cent if not for that. We'll stay here or go lower until Doc fulfills his promises and brings us out of the darkness.

I truly hope he does very soon
