False. TMXN no longer owns the Saavy brand. That’s what the whole lawsuit is about. Saavy is currently owned by EKO Holdings (Tilray’s front company for the bullshit takeover of Saavy). Says so right at the bottom of Saavy website. If TMXN wins the lawsuit, it’s money. If TMXN loses, it’s an empty shell, as Saavy was it’s only holding.
