Au contraire. I think you will find that the FDA impose those requirements on ALL manufacturers of NOVEL REAGENTLESS IMPEDANCE based SARS COV2 virus detection tests that are sub 1 minute.

Or indeed, anyone else that claims to have a test that is able to diagnose the virus in a sample medium where it does not usually appear!
