I don't know if this info has been posted but looking up the TM for HealthyAmerica it states the status of the trademark is live/pending and then "New application will be assigned to an examining attorney approximately 3 months after filing date." This timeframe is on course with the q4 extension from my knowledge, any thoughts? New application will be assigned to an examining attorney approximately 3 months after filing date.
