They checked me out and did answer. Didn't really say anything definitive except they are waiting to release news about the company after the statements are released.They answered as follows:

"We are working diligently to get all things current. We do not want to release any un-audited financials because of how far along in the audit process we are. When we do release the audited financials, we will concurrently release the quarterly financials as well.Then we look forward to providing many updates on what is going on with the company. We clearly understand that nothing much else matters news-wise until the audit is completed and that is out of our control.
